I took the poll but never got the 25% off coupon. I even checked my spam folder. I did receive lesser coupons (10-15%).
I’m sorry to hear that, Ellen! It did say the codes would be mailed the week of November 20th, but if it doesn’t show up soon I would contact customer service (they are usually very helpful. I noticed that they haven’t announced the results of the poll either, so maybe they are just behind.
I just checked their FB page, and Melissa and Doug told people to email cbrown@MelissaAndDoug.com if they have not received the code – she can resend it. Apparently a few people are having the same problem. Hope you get it soon!
