I have been unable to get this question answered and found your site so maybe you can help becauseI don’t know that the plumber I like still has my best interest in mind. My house in Salem, Or is one story (plus attic and crawl space), from 1911. At the moment I have no urgent issues, knock wood. However I was given a quote to move the kitchen and bath pipes from outside to under. Idk that this has any value of any kind other than maybe replacing non or old pvc with new pvc. I definitely Do need to reroute the bathtub pipe higher up and to an opposite wall for when I Will remove the tub and have just a beautiful new shower. In your opinion are these two things intertwined in any way or should/can I have done independent of one another. Hoping for Any helpful insights or food for thought. (:
